3 lbs of distilled water
4 lbs of olive oil
2 lbs 8 ounces coconut oil
1 lb 8 ounces palm oil
30 grams grapefruit seed oil (natural preservative)
1/2 cup of oatmeal
1/2 cup of ground flaxseeds
1/4 cup of dried rosemary
5 tblspns of essential oils (see video/or use your personal favorite blend)
475 grams sodium hydroxide (lye)
