  1. You’ve been living in a version of life that was programmed for your extinction.

It was designed to keep you small, silent, servile, surviving.

    Not sovereign.

    That “no escape” feeling?
    It’s real—
for the self you were forced to become.

But not for the self you were born to unleash.

You think “this is just how life is.”
    But that’s conditioning talking.
    It’s trauma-loop logic.

You were made to disconnect from your essence to survive in an alien world.
Now that survival mode is killing you.

    You are not broken.
    You are buried.

    Dig.

  2. Why in God’s name would anyone in their 30’s even have Botox on their radar? No one has “glass skin”. People are real, REAL. Which means you will always have some form of pores —so your skin can breathe etc. If you are healthy that is all you need. Your insides age as fast as they normally would—and if you are dying , you won’;t care what your face is doing.

  3. I’m also in my 30’s and have made the decision to live life as naturally & holistically as possible, which means not injecting neurotoxins into my body – or any other kinds either. It’s refreshing to see and hear you talk about this here on YT and more of us need to be! I do some of these and appreciate the tips on others I wasn’t aware of. Thank you
